Our wood buildings arrive finished. They are built, loaded, delivered and set on your spot ready to use the same day — no crew assembling anything in your yard.
The styles
- A-frame — the plain gable shed. Most storage per dollar.
- Lofted barn — the barn roof with a loft at each end, so you get overhead storage for the things you use once a year.
- Front porch and side porch — a shed you will sit on. These become offices, she-sheds, and hunting cabins.
- Cottage and studio — finished out for a room, not a toolshed.
- Garage-style — with a door you can drive a mower through.
- Dog kennels — divided runs with doors.
Delivery
Delivery is free within 50 miles of Nancy, then $4 per mile beyond that.
The driver needs a path to the spot — roughly the width of the building plus a couple of feet, and no soft ground. Think about branches overhead and the gate width before delivery day.
The site should be level. A shed set on a slope will rack and the doors will stop closing. Blocks can level small differences; a bad grade needs fixing first.
What it is made of
Wood framing, wood or metal roofing depending on the model, real doors and hardware. These are not kit sheds — they are built in a shop by people who build them every day.

Our own crew delivers and sets the building — we do not hand you off to a contractor. Anywhere inside the 180-mile circle is covered, which reaches Lexington, Louisville, Bowling Green, Knoxville and Nashville. Outside it? Call us, we can often work it out.
Questions we get asked
- Do I need a foundation?
- A level spot is enough for most. Gravel pads help with drainage and are cheap insurance on soft ground.
- Can it be delivered through a gate?
- Measure the gate and tell us the number when you order. If it will not fit, some models can be built on site instead.
- Is rent-to-own available on sheds?
- Yes. Small down payment, then monthly. Call the office at 606-871-7303 and we will fill the form out with you.
